START A 4-WEEK CHALLENGE

Based on the book “The Blue Zones Challenge: A 4-Week Plan for a Longer, Better Life” by our founder Dan Buettner. This book club is geared towards better health! Purchase the book on Amazon to complete on your own, or check the events listing for an upcoming group event. 

ATTEND A 10-WEEK MOAI

Moai, a longevity tradition from Okinawa, Japan, are free activity groups that meet for 10 weeks. Attend a moai centered around purpose, movement, or wise eating. Check the events listing for current opportunities, or inquire below about leading your own!

HOST A PURPOSE WORKSHOP

A Purpose Workshop is a free two-hour event led by a certified facilitator that helps people find a deeper sense of their purpose. Inquire below about bringing a purpose workshop to your job, faith based institution, or club.
